In the summer camp, we offer the opportunity to deepen, reflect on, and integrate the topics and experiences of the morning—in a temporary community.
The groups serve as a space to explore your inner questions and feelings together and offer the experience that individuality and community can complement and mutually strengthen, nourish, and warm each other. They are embedded in a field of trust and serve as a space for insight—for example, into how the state of the world and our personal issues are interconnected, allowing inner and outer change to happen simultaneously.
As always, there will be a dedicated children’s program and a youth group. Due to the high number of youth registrations, we will soon need to close registration (at 48 youths [corrected number], we are reaching our internal capacity). Only a few spots are left.
Young people (up to 17 years old) and children will each be placed in fixed groups and won’t need to choose between different offerings. The youth group will be facilitated by Sebastian, Veronika, Elias, Hannah & team, and the children’s camp will be led by Hedda and Tatjana.
Overview of all base groups:
ALL groups are held in german except the international group.
Twen Groups (ages 18–27):
As a "Twen" you are also welcome to join one of the adult groups if a topic draws you in and you're interested in intergenerational contact.
Twen Group 1 (ages 18–27):
Steffi Burmeister + Corinna Hörmann – We create a shared heart space together
A space that you help shape –
A connection that is meant for you –
A dance between boundaries and heart-opening.
Like in a tango, we move with each other through closeness and limits – and we practice staying when things get real.
And if you get all tangled up – just tango on...
Corinna: Life dancer, emotional being, dance therapist, and mother of a Twen
Steffi: Humanity researcher, architect of in-between spaces, and sound being
Twen Group 2 (ages 18–27):
Rina Otto + Theresa Beier – A date with myself – What I always wanted to know about self-love...
What if you treated yourself the way you treat your favorite person?
What gets in your way when you try to truly like yourself?
How does your inner voice sound—and could it be a little kinder?
And what if you were just allowed to really love yourself?
Rina: Psychologist, has lived at ZEGG for two years. Loves dancing and people. She’s curious about what it means to be human at the core, what moves us deeply, and how we can empower each other to create a more beautiful life.
Theresa: Psychologist, loves the things that make life cozy, sensual, deep, and humorous. Passionate about mysticism and embodiment and loves diving into the human experience again and again.
Internationals & English Speakers – Lightheartedness & Depth
Ena Rivière Feder + Maren Jakob
This group will combine lightheartedness and depth, embodiment and play, connectedness and self-inquiry. Let’s enrich each other through our cultural diversity and celebrate heart connections that transcend borders.
Maren: Psychologist, yoga teacher, and a fan of lightheartedness
Ena: Born in Brussels in 1989, half-German, half-Spanish – dancer, group facilitator, yoga teacher, social worker, Shiatsu therapist, conflict transformer, and in training as a Somatic Experiencing practitioner. She has lived and worked in various intentional communities, mainly in Spain, and has been part of the ZEGG community for over 5 years.
GoAL – Group of All Leaders (in German)
Martin Lindenlauf + Julia Tham – Experience collective intelligence
We are used to hierarchical group structures. What happens when we consistently do without them and instead invite radical co-responsibility of all in the shared process?
As a group of about 20 people, we will be companions and a home for each other on the journey through the “Holding Together – Loving – Acting” Summer Camp 2025.
Jul Ja: Lover, dancer, sister, mother, cooperative feminist, FREE HUGS activist – ZEGG fan for 14 years, GoAL enthusiast for 10. “Let’s playfully experiment and sensually enjoy—together, in respect, curiosity, and humor!”
Martin: Hunting Eagle, fire keeper; curious mind and big heart. “The rising pressure of the polycrisis is strengthening the old dominance culture in many places. How can we, when tensions rise, hold space for a different world—together?”
Space Between Contact and Withdrawal (open to all genders)
Jennifer Burmeister + Lucy Jens Höhne
Our base group will hold space for all the topics of the summer camp. We’ll explore the dynamic between closeness and distance—and the space in between. Expect practices for presence, perception, breathing, and body awareness. Authentic sharing, role play, and body-based exercises will help us better perceive our boundaries and communicate them clearly. Come join a mindful journey into surrender, active creation, trust, and boundary-setting—into your Yes and your No.
Bondage (e.g., with ropes or cloths) may be one of the methods used.
Alongside all this depth, we’ll also make room for playfulness. Laughter, dancing, failing, being silly—we’ll let our inner child speak.
Jennifer: Edge-walker who loves creating safe spaces for playfulness, mindfulness, and clarity. Deeply passionate about community. She’s been exploring the utopia of liberated sexuality—especially in queer circles—for over 15 years, and has been at ZEGG for 4 years.
Lucy Jens: A non-binary being, delighting in the embodiment of pleasure, surrender, and dominance. In exploring interpersonal dynamics, Lucy seeks insight into the systems behind everyday interactions. Rooted in BDSM, Lucy opens spaces that are both boundary-expanding and mindful. They invite you to explore the possibility of perspective shifts and discover what blocks you from surrendering to your own core energy.
In the Circle of Brothers (Men’s Group)
Gero von Aderkas + Volker Omeis-Lother
A base group for a maximum of 24 individuals who primarily identify as men and are interested in consciously shaping their interactions. After the strong response to the men’s spaces at SummerCamp 2024, we’re offering you the chance to expand this shared field of masculine connection even further. During group time, we’ll continue working with the themes of the summer camp and also reflect on where we already support each other—and where patriarchal structures and conditioning still limit us. How do we relate—to each other—in thought, word, and action? And what else might be possible...?
A recurring theme will be the question of “cooperation in love”, and 1–2 joint sessions with the women’s group are planned.
Gero (1975): Space designer, trainer, and sensitive companion in personal development processes. He lived in Australia for 20 years, is a father of three, and is passionate about human connection, with a focus on men’s work.
Volker (1970): Tantric practitioner, father, development worker… we make our lives either paradise or suffering. Through example, exercises, and reprogramming, he seeks to reawaken and inspire people to live their full potential. He continues learning to place his own healing and transformation in service of others.
Embodied & Connected – Women’s Power Circle
Jasmin Seipold + Zula Hoffmann
Rituals
Nature
Movement
Emotional work
Embodiment is the foundation of our human development—and remains the basis for connection and love as adult women.
How can we, as women, evolve, inspire, encourage, and witness each other in who we already are?
Together, we create a circle of women in which our essence and our questions are welcome.
If your heart says a spontaneous YES—come join!
Jasmin (1989): Embodiment coach, Kundalini yoga teacher, fully qualified lawyer. Powerful and soft, she is devoted to sensuality, courage, and truth. Passionate about creating spaces of permission and discovery. Enthusiast for community and seasonal resident at ZEGG.
Zula (1971): Performance artist, dancer & expressive arts therapist, intercultural social worker & parent guide. Has lived at ZEGG for 19 years.
Being in Contact (in German)
Benno Flory + Daphne
We invite you into real, authentic contact—with yourself, with others, with the world, and the Earth—through words, body, and mindful awareness. With heart-centered conversations, triads, and Forum. We’ll also engage physically, move and dance, and include elements of contact improvisation to nourish ourselves and each other.
All base groups are facilitated by people who live in or are closely connected to the ZEGG community. Depending on the background of the group leaders, a variety of methods will be used for reflection and integration.
Additionally, there will be a “Group of All Leaders,” initiated by two ZEGG-connected people, which will then continue its group process without facilitators. There is also a group for internationals, led by Ena Rivière Feder and a co-facilitator. This group is open to German-speaking participants as well, provided they can and want to engage in English.
We wish you an inspiring and connected time!
